The album pancho and lefty took me back to when I was much younger.
Upon every subsequant listening it still accomplishes this. You see this album is one of those rare birds whose music remains sweet even as the years pass. I am a little older now and I really appreciate the lyrics and word play between "Pancho and Lefty" if you have never enjoyed this album please take a chace on it. Maybe you will Love it as much as I do.

Best Album I've purchased this year. Written and sung with so much emotion. Willie is truly an American icon.
I have listened to this CD several times. Unfortunately, I am not enamored with it. The duets with Carole King and the Hag make the grade, for the most part the rest of the CD is simply hash. Sorry.
I just bought willie @ Billy Bob's because of the fantastic collection of songs. I have never been so disappointed in my life. he completely ruins the songs and the guitar is out of tune if not on purpose. Definitely a waste of my money and yours if you are looking for willie's beautiful music. He should be ashamed. If I could get my money back, I would. I would buy another Willie CD where he at least sounds like Willie.
Super, shows Willie's tremendous versatility. Very few people are able to perform with artists that range from country stars Toby Keith, Merle Haggard and Lee Ann Womack to rock 'n roll star Jerry Lee Lewis to Keith Richards, Kid Rock and many more. Willie adjusts his style to blend with theirs in a terrific way.
I don't know how many Willie albums and CD's I've bought over the last 30 years but there are two that stand out-Stardustand this one I got today, "It will Always Be". I think this is Willie's best work in a long time. Like fine wine, he gets better with age.
This is the first album I bought of Willie's back in the early 70's. The album is about the relationship between a man and a woman with the first side being what the what the woman felt about the relationship and the second side being the man's opinionsl. This is one of my favorite albums of Willies as it follows the very emotional relationship between these two people and describes their love, their unhappiness, their ambitions and every emotion you can imagine. They have fun, they fight and I recommend that you get this album. It will become one of your favorites.
I saw Willie Nelson in concert last night and HE ROCKED! I can't believe how sexy he still sounds...his voice is unparalleled.
