Eli Young Is one of the Best Texas Music Bands Of All time. They are so unique because their music is more rocky. In the future i see more bands sounding more rockish. It really beats the heck out of this winey crap!!!

Solid songwriting and incredible tunes to go along. This band knows how to make you cry then make you feel better by rockin' your socks off!

These guys havent changed their music or their look in years. They are themselves. What I love about this band is that they are not trying to sound like someone else in this scene. Sometimes you crazy texas music fans act like the crazy record label punks in Nashville!

these guys were good when they first started...seems to me they've gone a little too pop...and whats with the emo look...little strange...hope this isn't what tx music is going to become

This Live Record is so far from Poop. I was there when they recorded the record and it is an absolutely amazing album. So thankful that they were able to capture the night and the album not sound like most crappy live albums. I freakin love this band.

i don't know, blake & fallon released a live ep after two records and it sounds pretty good. A live recording helps us fans know who to go see live and who we only need to hear on record. Clearly this band has both great recorded works and a good live sound. That's what separates the bad bands from the good.

I think a band should have more than 2 cds out before they do a live cd outherwis the buyers get the same cd twice in a row and one sounds like poop.

I just can't get over them! They're music is just awesome, and their show was freakin' amazing! So excited about the new CD in a few months. "So Close Now" was our class song and I've been a huge fan ever since I heard it. LOVE IT LOVE IT!

I LOVE EYB!! every show is off the charts. Live at the Jolly Fox is a great CD. Mike Eli--has a voice that brings the lyrics to a whole new level! James Young--makes his guitar sing, undeniable talent! Chris Thompson--one of the most animated drummers I've seen in a long time! Jon Jones--GREAT on the bass. EYB has sooo much talent on one stage that you just fall in love with the lyrics, music, and their personalities. EYB is for sure one of the most down to earth group of guys you'll ever come across. Delta Upsilon had a private show at UTA several months ago and EYB performed, AMAZING....it was a great night and awesome show!! thanks Eli Young Band and good luck at Gilleys tomorrow night : )
