Great stuff! I bought this album for one reason, track 9, "When I'm Stoned", which I've heard him perform live the last several times he's played the Executive Surf Club in Corpus Christi, TX (GREAT venue... Casey rocks!). The song has gotten huge reactions every time, and doesn't disappoint here either. His other new ones, "Mexico Or Crazy", "Mary", and "Song For You" stand side by side with the live takes on 11 tracks from his previous two albums. JB was nice enough to sign my Stetson after a recent show, especially after noticing Ray Wylie Hubbard had signed it previously (he signed directly under RWH), and always puts on a great live show. This album will give you a feel for that, but not as clearly as catching him in a small club with a few 100 of his closest friends. Only one small disappointment, the absence of "Nymphomaniac", but if you know the song, you know why it isn't here. The curse of Arlo Guthrie...

Damn! That's about all that I can say. This is quite possibly the best CD that I have bought all year! "Proud Souls" and "Falling With Style" are my two favorites, but you cannot go wrong with any track on the cd! Go out and buy this one. You will not be disappointed!

I was able to pick of my copy of this CD Saturday night, when Jason and The Stragglers were playing at Billy Bob's. It met all my expectations and more. I knew "Mexico or Crazy" and When I'm Stoned" were great songs, but I found myself playing "Mary" over and over. And I love this live version of "Proud Souls". This is one hell of a keeper! I will not leave home without it.

Picked up my copy at the JBS/Reckless concert last night at Billy Bobs...definitely a must have for the Texas/Red Dirt music lover. New songs "Mary" and "Mexico or Crazy" are great, and the fan favorite "When Im Stoned" is finally on cd. Its a greatest hits collection imo, plus a couple of cover songs..."Song for You", and "Big Shot Rich Man". One of the best live cd's out there.

This cd is excellent! The one thing this cd captures is the "live" show experience that Jason and the Stragglers exhibit every single night. "when I'm stoned" is on there along with 2 new songs and a Gram Parsons cover of "Song for You". Make sure to get your copy!

I hope they have "My baby loves me when I'm stoned" on there! That would be the shit!

These guys like to drink ice cold beer and they sound really good when you are drunk. I can't wait to hear the new CD. If I were betting, (I don't bet on OSU anymore) I would bet that this CD will be a keeper.

The concert was just spectacular and the new songs are going to be legendary. I can't wait buy it. Jason Boland & The Stragglers are Oklahoma's finest.

I was at the concert, it will be an awesome album! These guys are true Texas Country.
