If you have never heard Shad Blair go hear him, and get his CD. "Red Fall" it is wonderful. He writes from the heart, and he has a great voice. I was privileged to hear him sing the one he wrote about his Dad. It brought me to tears,because anyone who has lost a loved one or has someone that is ill can relate to this song. Buy this cd you will not be disapointed.

I was able to check out Shad at Jake's a few weeks ago in Lubbock. I also picked up the album Red Falls. His song writing seems very honest. Not to mentioned a perfect Texas singer/songwriter voice. The album had a perfect mix of a somber joy. A few songs could be considered very Steve Earlish. Keep up the good work.

I got the chance to see Shad at Hill's Cafe in Austin TX. You can always find good live bands there, but Shad just blew me away. His lyrics come from real experiences, he puts his heart into his songs and you can just hear it through the music. I bought a CD and a T-shirt that night. My favorite is "Do what I do", but they are all wonderful. I suggest you go see this up and coming artist soon.

Incredible album! I recently saw this artist at Hills Cafe in Austin after a friend kept ranting about how good this guy was. I was so impressed by the live performance that I bought the cd. I love it! The cd is incredible but the live show sounds even better. Next time he is in Austin I will definately be there! I personally don't even like country music that much but good song writing and singing rises above genre...
