The new album "Afterglow" is probably the best of all their albums. I didn't think it was possible to top any one of the others, but they did it anyway. You should definitely check out TGD if you haven't already. This album has such a perfect mix between rock and country. Its also nice to hear Scotte singing a song on this album. It's just perfect!!

OOPS! Great Divide has an Excellent sound that is hard for a band to reproduce. Their songs are wonderfully worded, and their music is great. "Revolutions" is an excellent CD that is a must for any CD collection.

"Dirt and Spirit" is just like all of the other albums!!!!!! All fans will want to have it in their collections. It is refreshing to hear collaberation of several artists with a terrific gospel sound.

Dirt & Spirit
Album Review
If you've ever driven the back roads of Oklahoma, chances are you know what red dirt is. It's unlike the clay found in Alabama, or the rock found around southeastern Utah....it is actually dirt that has been formed by thousands of years and thousands of mixtures. Well, the music in this area has many of those same ingredients, and shares the same name. The "Red dirt" sound is not quite country or western, not quite bluegrass or hillbilly, and not quite folk. Although it does share many of these qualities, as well as many other elements taken from pioneers that have played in Oklahoma such as Woody Guthrie and Bob Wills....this music is truly original. This CD is the epitome of this sound and speaks volumes of the spirit that has been coming from the Sooner State over the last several years. This is so much more than a gospel album, and so much more than a compilation. This CD has brought together Oklahoma legends (Bob Childers, Tom Skinner, Red Dirt Rangers) and Oklahoma newcomers (Jason Boland, Cross Canadian Ragweed) and manages to not miss a step in teh process. Mike McClure and the rest of the Divide makes one think about a simpler time. When values and morality were the most important things. This is a record about honor. It only takes one listen to this CD to remember why music was created in the first place...
