Great Divide
Artist Review
Went to see the guys at the Wormy Dog OKC on the 19th! Badwater opened up for them got the crowd going. By the end of TGD set there was so much energy in that place, that no one wanted it to end. The new music is great, but they still let you remember all the good times you have had with their music. Micah does a great job of paying tribute to the bands past, and paving way for their future.

Absolutely Live at Tumbleweed Vol. 2
The Second installment in the Live series sums up ten years of musical influence. from the crowd singing along to Around that Bend to McClure's vocal's on Me and Billy the Kid, you feel as if you are in the front row watching the stones play for the last time. Any TGD true fan will honor this great band and keep it in their collection.

Goin' For Broke
I remember listening to this group on an old basketball court during a two bit rodeo just outside Stillwater, OK. No one paid them much mind as they were setting up, . . . most folks were actually there only to play basketball. When they started to play, my mind took a snapshot in time that I will always hold. The basketball games stopped, the talking stopped, and we all listened. Everyone knew this band would make it one day. You will not be disappointed in this CD or in this band's sound. And if you're a middle-aged man trying to fight through the daily grind of life, these songs might just give you back a little taste of your long forgotten youth at Oklahoma State. To Bruce and Ryan, wherever you are, this Bud's for you!

I love this band, and am anxious to see the upcoming new lead singer. I think it is pretty sorry for McClure to leave the band, and I hope the newly retooled band kicks more ass than ever.

I first saw these boys back a few years ago and I have always been a traditional country lover but these boys changed my mind on their kind of music and If you don't have their albums go buy them you won't be disappionted. I will miss TGD I have been to their show many times in Stillwater while I was in college. Thanks

I saw these guy's one time in the Ft. Worth Stock yards and immediately purchased every CD they have released. In the past I have purchased CD's based on the one good song they play on the radio, to find out that there is a reason they were only playing that one song. I rarley skip a song when listening to TGD, and have not been a bit dissapointed in my purchases.

Remain
Album Review
To be honest I haven't listened to the Great Divide for all that long and I was introduced to this "red-dirt" and "texas country" music only a few years ago, but I'll tell ya, TGD is one of the best bands i've ever heard, they have probably the best mixture of rock, soul and country in their music. They have well written lyrics that anyone can identify with and guitar licks anywhere from soft acoustic to rockin electric.
