I live in Virginia, but I am lucky enough to be from Texas so I know my music and I think that Cory Morrow is definitely the best of what I've heard that has come from Texas since Willie Nelson.

Cory Morrow is the best Damn Texas Country Music Singer and all that good stuff....he's awesome!!!!! if you ever get a chance to see him in concert...YOU NEED TO GO!!!! It's people like Cory, Pat, and Robert Earl Keen that makes listening to music such fun!!!! Thanks to all of you guy for all the great songs!! Keep up the good work!!!
anything that says cory morrow kicks ass. buy it as soon as possible you won't be disapointed. If you see him live you'll like him even more. the only problem with this cd is its so good that your friends will probably have it more than you will.
Being A hopefull up and coming Texas Musician it's easy to find inspiration in the music played by the guy's like Cory Morrow. He's every bit of what a Texas Musician aspires to be. He's got a great stage presence and awesome lyrics. At the same time before and after every show he plays he take time to spend with his fans. It takes class to give back what people give to you. As a critic of cory'ss I'd have to say he's going nowhere but the top in a big hurry.
Tell ya what, being the sound guy at the Wormy Dog in Stillwater Oklahoma has its perks. I've gotten to see a lot of great shows, and I thought it was about time I started to review some of the people that played here. So, here I go.
Cory Morrow - Nov 27 - Friday - 11 pm-2 am
It's not very often that artists pull up to the Wormy Dog in a tour bus. Most of our shows pull up in the suburban or van/trailer combo. So, automatically one would expect a little bit of pretentiousness from Cory Morrow as he stepped off his tour bus. This is not the case. Cory is a caring and friendly person. As a sound guy, one of my biggest deals is that an artist should do their own sound checks regardless of who or how many guitar techs they have. Cory did his own sound check and kept his cool whenever sound problems arose. Cory is willing to sit down, hang out, and be friends with people in a town a long way from Texas. Even while there may have been less people than expected at the show that night, Cory still put on an excellent show. His set list was evenly balanced between fast, slow, original, and cover. Cory has put together a talented and likable band that truly complements his songwriting talent. I highly recommend catching a show when you have a chance.
Cory Morrow represents everything that is good in the new age of Texas Music. He is staying true to his roots, and all can tell that he will for as long as he writes. NASHVILLE SUCKS. Cory's concerts are genuine. They showcase both his exciting electric abilities, and the awesome chords and lyrics that go with his acoustic stuff. Cory, keep on pickin'!
Had the opportunity and privelege to help work sound for the band when they played 306 Blues here in Gainesville. Not only a great singer/songwriter, but a great person as well. Takes the time to get to know his fans. The band is also just as friendly. Definitly one of my favorites!
this album rocks my world. oh my gosh, cory morrow is one of the most amazing texas singers. i'm going to school out of state, and it almost brings tears to my eyes every time i listen to this cd because it brings such great memories of the lone star state!!
