You all should realize that the Live From Austin, TX was not released by Cory Morrow, and was recorded back in 2002.

I heard two new Cory songs on the radio in the last couple days. All Been Said and Done and He Carries Me. Both were really good stuff. Cory has evolved in a good way... i look forward to catching one of his shows in the near future.

This album proves that Cory can redo his stronger material and make fresh sounding tracks that are awesome. He is a true artest that is unconcerned with producing a glossy "greatest hits" package with a couple of new songs .... ala Nashville formula. A major of Cory is he is raw and that is why he is on my playlist....enjoy!!

Well Beano...I couldn't disagree with you more. Cory has a unique sound and is extremely entertaining. That's ok. You have your opinion and I have mine. You know what they say about opinions :)

Excellent show at Texas Mardi Gras. Cory was on. Definitely, one of the best performances of the two nite jam.

That is the pure essence of Texas Country. It isn't about how they can sing its about the love of the music and the lyrics that they live. Robert Earl Keen can't sing worth a lick but he will forever be a legend and one of the most pure entertainers out there.

Do I need a permission slip to post an opinion that gives Cory Morrow less than 5 stars? I'm sure I'll get bashed mercilessly for it by his faithful subjects, but here goes: I don't care for him. He's a pretty good songwriter, he would probably be well advised to concentrate on that aspect of his career. Because his voice is...and always has been...just plain hard to listen to. There's no accounting for taste, there are certainly people who think Kris Kristofferson, among others, is a good listen. Cory will always have his core fan base, but he'll never have wide spread fan appeal because, frankly, singing is not his forte. The truth hurts, but once you get past the initial sting, you'll surely realize that I hit the nail right on the head.

This album is awesome. Yes he is a Texas Artist but a Damn good one at that!

Cory is not from Nashville moron! He has more talent than any of the half ass garage bands that call themselves country these days. You can have you Ragweed and Stoney, but I'm keeping Cory, Pat, and Reckless Kelly.
