I completely disagree with some of these reviews. I have been listening to CCR for 8 years and this cd is AWESOME from start to finish!!!

Not sure why there is all of these negative comments, this is a great cd.

This album is a far cry from Soul Gravy or any of their previous music. I have yet to listen to this CD completely. I dont't quite understand and maybe I'm being naive. I have always thought that you dance with the one that brought you. I just hope that once they get this out of their system they'll get back to being CCR.

Good ragweed nice and clean shows a little versatility for a welcome change id recomend this over most of their others

IMHO this cd is loads better that mission california which is my least favorite ragweed cd to date. To me happieness has about 5 or 6 songs that have a real good soul gravy type song feel to them. good solid stuff

Carney is of course the debut cd. Highway 377, purple and soul gravy, are by far the best albums. Live at the wormy dog is the CCR old timers love. Everything since Garbage has not been of the same quality. So like usual i'll go to another concert and bang my head against the wall, because Cody forgot us. Miss ya big mike if you ever read these. Whooop!!

I have only been a CCR fan for a few years but I have seen them live twice... Their live performances are totally different wherever they play in my own opinion. This new album is different than the old stuff but as far as i can tell, at least they wrote them all... let me know if I am wrong. Alot od their old music was remakes.. Jason Boland, Mike McClure,Robert Earl Keen Jr. etc.... The music on this album is fantastic and the lyrics are very original. That is what makes you are a CCR fan, enjoy it while it lasts!!

More great music from Ragweed, not really sure how other huge Ragweed fans don't like it. The music covers all of the previous cds with some new sounds added in.

Just cause Weak has an opinion don't mean he don't have taste in music. This is a great cd if you like that kind of music. Personally I don't care for it either. I love ragweeds older stuff. It don't mean the new cd is bad. Just not for everybody. It's just a different sound and style on the new cd. There might be a ton of people that dig it. And thats fine cuz I wish the best for CCR. Great and talented group of guys!!
