Django, you are the worst. Your old man isn't much better. He lost his fire several years ago and has been playing the same setlist ever since. My advice to you is to pat him on the back and tell him thanky ou for all the money he has made for you and your family, and then go get a job. Your music is brutal. If you had a different last name you wouldn't be in the position you are in. That statement says all you need to here. I gave you one star because i couldn't give you zero.

After `Texas On My Mind` I have to give DW a big thumbs up. It's a shame that some reviewers on this forum seem to think Texas music should have stayed where it was back in Threadgills in 1972. Unless guys like Django, Pat Green and Bob Schneider can come along and shuffle the deck - then Texas music is as dead as the damm Yankees say it is.

Have seen Django Walker at several Texas venues. Puts on very good show with quite a bit of electricity. Django, backed up by a very talented lead guitar player, bass player and drummer is worth the price of admission.

I saw Django Walker recently perform at Adair's in Dallas. As an avid music listener I see talent in Django but mostly in his band. Greg Cones, Keld Ewert, and Noel Watson have obviously been playing together for years. I give the CD 3 stars, for each of the band members.

Django Walker is a very talented singer, songwriter and musician. His debut CD "Down the Road" is simply awesome. It is one of the best I've heard in a long time. This project truly demonstrates that Django and his band have real opportunity for a bright and promising future in the music industry.

Django might be a gifted writer, but he does not have what it takes to make it. His shows are nothing but covers which are good for an up and coming band to do, but they are supposed to sound similar to the original version not the crap Django drowns us with. Advice for Django, move to Arizona or California and leave this state. You will always be under your fathers shadow no matter how hard you try not to be. The CD on the other hand has promise, but I gave it one star for his songwriting and one star for his name. That alone is worthy of something.

Django is the man! Had a chance to hang out with him and the band this weekend before a show and he is a really cool guy. Nicest guy in Texas Music! He put on the best show I have seen in a while! Every one of his songs are great! SUPPORT TEXAS MUSIC!

"Stuck here in this seaport town..." Are you guys really impressed with this garbage? That song is a rip-off from JJW's old band member, Gary P. Nunn's London Homesick Blues. What a fake!!

I have watched D'Jango perform for over a year now and am very impressed with his talent and his emerging individuality. On and off the stage his is consistantly a gentleman that shows respect to the crowd. I always look forward to his performances!!!
