Saw these boys play the Cindy Walker Tribute show at Woody's. Wow. Wow. and Triple Wow. Not only did they do two of their own songs, they did three Cindy Walker songs with a full band. The future legacy of Country Music in Texas is alive and well.

These guys are great. The Bandwagon CD is great, the live shows are great. They are what all the Texas Country pretenders and wannabes ought to aspire to. Talent, knowledge of how to use the talent, exciting live shows, great songs, just a downright joy to listen to.

Eleven Hundred is awesome, their music is great, and to see them live is an experiance you need to have if you love good music. Our 20 year old son turned us on to them about 6 months ago. We now have their CD and we've seen them live 3 times. Anytime they are close we will be there. Get their CD you will love it, play it for your friends, they will want one. I play mine at work and everybody I work with has a CD of EHS now - it will be your favorite CD.

WOW! EHS is awsome. I caught their show for the first time Fri. night in Austin, and they were amazing. I must say it was some of the best country music I have heard in a long, long time. Matt and the fiddle player blew me away. You guys will go really far. I'm headed out to buy a CD right now, and I'll be promoting you guys everywhere I go. Keep up the wonderful work!

Coming from a big fan I like the new cd but I'm not a huge fan of re-publishing stuff. I thought it turned out pretty good though. I suppose if you don't own an eleven hundred springs cd this would be the one to get. Excellent work boys and keep up the "real" sound.

Thses guys are great fun for their singing abilities and for what they can get normally reserved women to do on the tables and dance floors. Yes this group will see to it that you do not sit on your rear and vegetate. Matt and the guys will keep you hoppin and hoping they do not stop. They may look like long haired, tattoed, hippy freaks but they play like buck and the boys.

I'm not necessarily angry, but you're so right that I'm void of any talent and I do lack creativity. If you only knew me, you would really get a good laugh. I actually don't have anything bad to say about the new album by Eleven Hundred Springs. There are a couple of songs that don't really fit in, but "Why You Been Gone So Long" is one of the most catchy songs I've heard in a long time. This band has always been a solid act with the best players/writers in Texas, but I never see enough press about them. It's so much easier to goof on the Blue Edmonds types when they're always in your face instead of being informed on a select few acts that are actually worth hearing. I now redeem this band for coming up with an album that didn't suck as much as the EP did.
