Roger Creager is one of the few artists keeping country music alive. I think all Texas artists are keeping country music alive. Roger is my personal hero, and by far, my favorite artist ever. Roger has been my personal hero since i first heard of him. At the Corpus concert (birthday weekend 03) I started cryin when he played "Let It Roll". That song has a great personal meaning to me and my best friends. He is, in my eyes, by far the best artist there ever was. Thank you very much for all the good times your music has givin us.

I love what these reviews have to say. Notice how the bitter "songwriter" and "big texican" have not listened to the cd, the just want to run someone down. The sad part is, can you imagine how bleak their lives must be if they just hang out and talk smack in review columns. Man, do us all a favor and shoot yourselves, help the world out. By the way, the CD is excellent. I have had a copy since last week, "from a friend", its is incredible. Not the Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney crap that Big Texican and songwriter have grown to love. Which is sad for them, but of course, they just are 2 more reasons why we need lax abortion laws. Don't breed. please

i just got A Long Way To Mexico and its a keeper! im a big fan of roger and i dont think this album isnt his best work but its worth getting. theres no hidden track of everclear.

The hidden 11th track on this disc (Conjunto-Cajun remix of "Everclear Song") was pretty entertaining, although one does wonder how much longer it will be until they remove Pat Green's hokey-honky Texas tunes from the cd bin at the souvenier stand @ DFW and replace them with Roger's schlock.

A long time coming, this cd was well worth the wait. You know that Roger is from South Texas with his great song and cd title "Long Way to Mexico". This is a must have cd. Get yours as soon as you can.

I'm just guessing but Roger's advice was probably this: "Mention Texas, drinking, and women as much as possible. People love it and no one will notice how cheap your pandering is. You might want to throw in some names of other Texas Music artists while your at it. That always works for me."

Roger is a great artist,he is always energetic, his band is energetic heck even his dad gets some action(singin) on stage... Heard some of the music for the new cd at the Schulenburg Festival... sounds pretty good to me... what can i say ive seen roger 8 times

roger creager is by far the best singer/songwriter ever. he has stayed true to his music and always will. i have been tryin to write songs and it is hard. you have to give these guys soooo much credit! i got the privallege to ask roger creager for advice on songwritin. he told me some words that i will always remember. he is my favorite artist ever and the best there is. oh, happy birthday roger, hope its a goodun. thanks for the advice in corpus(the best damn town besides college station).thanks keep it real and "let it roll".

I am really looking forward to the new release in September. I take the other 2 CDs with me everywhere I go. EXCELLENT!!!!!

roger is an amazing singer song writer, he works hader than anyone else out there. Both his cd's are awsome, and that ed guy that said roger can't write to save his life need to listen again. Rogers songs are some of the best. Everyone should own a roger creager cd.
