Brewed in Texas
Not a bad collection, but it's missing some of the best stuff to come out of Texas recently, namely KENEFICK. Hopefully the next compilation CD will hook these great dudes from Houston.

Hey idiot! Matt gave Bleu permission to record that song and he pays Matt for everyone sold. As for Matt Powell, yeah he's good but has he ever played out side of Austin. He will be playing the same clubs for $100 a night ten years from now. Bleu has actually made progress with his career and will continue to.

if anybody out there knows matt powell, they will boycott bleu's version of fifty dollars. it sucks and always will. matt is truly a better songwriter and musician. keep on rocking matt. -the butterfly from houston-

I don't think ol' Jose-B could be further from the truth. Nothing better than phenomenal could come from such a great compilation of Texas Music artits. Look at the great successes of doing so in the past other than cd's: Chilifest, LJT's Meridian, etc, etc.

I enjoyed Roadtrip and I think this one will be a great addition to any tx music collection too

Great tracks for the most part, but didn't we all learn from the Texas Road Trips CD that if you take a bounch of closely realted artists and then from that pack, take songs with the same theme.... you wind up with a tiring, redundant, if not incestual record. PLUS, and this is a big one, anyone who'd take Llyold's--I mean Blue's version of $50 over the songwriter Powell's is completely off their rocker and poorly listened. Go listen to Powell's and tell me I'm wrong. Dare you!

From Hell To Breakfast
One of the best compilations that I've bought in a long, long, time.

Texas Road Trip
It seems like Road Trip is number one without Pat- wow- Texas music can be represented without PfnG.

Texas Road Trip
I disagree Cov- this is a great THEME disc. I agree that all have better songs- but none are better about driving through Texas. I agree I love 92.1, a great station. However, I love the CD, play it all the time
