Can't hate everybody! This guy rocks, or rocks as hard as you can with acoustic guitars and fiddles. Which is fairly damn hard. I mean hard in the sense of "he rocks hard", not in the sense that it is difficult to rock with the guitars and ... where the hell was I? Oh yeah, in conclusion, the pigeon crossed the road because there are no bones in ice cream. MORE DRUGS!!!
Mark David is one of the best performers i have ever seen.. He's a down to earth Texan. I had the privilege to talk with Mark on the phone while down in Florida going to school. In all hes an artist that takes time to talk to his fans and get to know them. Ater all, we as fans are a big help in supporting Texas Music rather than that Nashville crap ..
I caught Mark in Fort Worth a while back doing a show with Max Stalling. I didn't know much about him, I really went to see Max. Overall, I thought Manders gave a pretty decent performance. But he seemed kind of arrogant to me. Not trying to chap any @$$, but he came off as kind of a blowhard. Maybe he was just having an off-night.
Great CD. Smooth fiddle tunes and great guitar licks make this an album any true music fan will enjoy!
The album, High and Low, everyone love listen to it. It lifts you up. Every song on the C.D. has been writen well. I love each and ever song on the C.D. A fan I hope the best for Mark David Manders, for I know he will go far.
He is a great Star. He's get better ever year. He can sing and preform wonderful. I think he should be in Nashville, Tenn. I would like to hear him more on the radio in Mississippi. Everyone really love the person he is. Everyone won't to hear him more and more. You can't get enough of him and his band. Barbara Hill
I think M.D.M. is true texas country music. I listen to him alot and prefer him to anyone who likes texas country music. My favorite songs are Hell's Half Acre and Drive.
In the shadow of Guy Clark lives Mark David Manders. If my ears could only hear as good as he can play & sing!! I was one of the few and the proud that came to the Rose theater to hear Gary P. and Mark. It was WONDERFUL!
Excellent lyrics and music...One of the best CD's of the year.
Mark's music is awsome and he is a great performer. I recomend to everyone to pick up all of his albums I have them all and they are all great. Go see him if you get a chance.
