Chris Knight is the epitomy of great Texas music, When I think about my favorite artists he always comes to mind. Seems like everyone of his songs is one you won't turn the radio off until it's over.
All of his work is awesome! All 3 CDs cannot be beat! He has one of the greatest songwriter/music maker of this time & it is a shame he isn't bigger than he is!!
Go and see a live show if possible, acoustic or full band. Chris at the Mucky Duck in Houston is the best live music show I have ever seen in my life. And he was in a kind of a pissy "it ain't easy been me" moods which made it even cooler.

I own all three cd's from Chris Knight. You dont have to skip a single track, every one is great. Sounds alot like old Fred Eaglesmith or John Cougar. You can feel the truth in his songs and will fall in love with each one. A great story teller and a great live performer. This guy is Americana music to the bone.
I see Chris when he come's to Texas...He's the best singer/song writer I've heard that I would pay money to see live in the past 20 years.
