This is a really great cd. It has good songs. He also has the voice to go with the songs he sings. I never really head of him until i heard one song on the radio and i had to order the cd before it was out. It turned out to be a great cd and im glad i bought it. There really isnt a bad song on the cd.

I saw Hayes on Dec. 23, when he opened for Robert Earl. Great show, great CD. I'm looking forward to catching one of his shows.

Hayes Carll is one of the best damn songwriters in the whole world. If you haven't taken a listen, you should.......Flowers and Liquor is a great album and Easy Come, Easy Go is one of the best songs I've heard in the last five years. Jayson Bales

saw this guy at a 4th of july concert. great stage presence even better music. the album is awesome. lyrics and music work perfectly together. can't stop listening to it. texas rock and blues at it's finest. james hyland had this sound but gave up. thanks, Hayes, for making this cd. can't wait for #2
