I saw Kevin at The Horseman Club on New Year's Eve. He was Hotter than ever. The Horseman was packed I think it was the best show I have seen all year.
Kevin Fowler put one of the best new years shows I have ever seen. He had fun on stage and the crowd responded to it. To be in a mid-sized club like the Horseman were it's up close and personal was even better.
Has Kevin's popularity gotten out of hand so much that you can't see him any longer in one of the smaller venues? I've long had it with enormous crowded honky tonks. Once the artists draw a crowd too large for the down home venues, then I move on. Is he still going to be playing the regular joints?

I just returned from a deployment to the Western Pacific. Believe it or not but I found Kevin's newest cd along with a Robert Earl Keen cd at the store on base in Sasebo, Japan! Of course I grabbed them up. Can't wait to get to another show. My kinda music.
I first saw Kevin Fowler about a year ago. I didn't even know who he was. Now, I'm hooked!! I've been to three shows traveling over 2 hours to go to one of them. I love his music and the way he always has time for his fans. Whether its a handshake, picture, or autograph, Kevin makes time for his fans! What's not to like. Gotta go now- HEE HAW, YA'LL
Yes Raider Redneck, I agree with you. If all bands aspired to be like Fowler, the music industry would be so much better. His music eclipses bands like Merle Haggard, The Derailers and the Hollisters. I've been told that he helped Willie Nelson write the songs for his last new work. And he's a stage owning sob. I'm going to see him every time I can.
Kevin's new CD is awesome! Every song is great. If you don't have it already, do yourself a favor and pick it up. Kevin is an incredible performer and an even better person. He puts on one hell of a show.
