When can we expect the duet with Gretchen Wilson? You guys can both sing horribly written songs about how "redneck" you are and whip everyone into total submission.

Hey Beck- Check out his new album Nashville produced and recorded. I have to admit though even Nashville couldn't handle this guy. His voice makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck. Horrible!! Cheese songs too. Is this where Texas music is going? God please no!

Loose, Loud & Crazy
Having moved from TX to GA I brought all my TX music with me. Kevin's new album is a great addition to that collection. Every song pure TX. His duet with Mark Chestnut is a great surprise. If you don't buy this you an't from TX and your cowboy license should be revoked.

Its one thing to review a cd and give your opinion but does it really make you feel that much better to attack someones career and lively hood? Kevin Fowler is one of the best songwriters in country music now and that has been said by Willie Nelson himself I believe. If you would ever pay attention or take the time to meet him at a show he is very down to earth and what you see is what you get. He doesnt ever "pretend" to be a monster redneck- just someone born in texas who truely likes to hunt and fish and drink beer. Big deal! Does it really bother you so much that he enjoys writing songs about it? And take the time to listen- I don't think that is all he ever writes about- the radio has been playing enough of his ballads lately to prove that! Pay attention and you will notice that the radio and articles, etc. done about these texas artist puts certain labels on the guys and sticks them with it. Others refer to him as a "redneck" way more than he seems to. And he is the only singer I know around here who will sign autographs after EVERY single show and not walk away until EVERY single person has gotten one. He remembers names and is always so nice. He seems to be one of the hardest working musicians I know. So.. great songs that are about a variety of things, beautiful ballads, FUN shows, hard working, very real and down to earth, friendly, and a fantastic singer...if you don't like him fine don't listen but it all adds up to a great combo for me! I'll always be a huge fan because he really seems to care about his music and us fans!
