Wade & West 84 have so much going for them right now. I cant wait for their new release. These guys are amazing and dont get enough credit for what they do. keep it up guys!!!!
Not the best, but not the worst of Lubbock...has anyone ever seen Citizen Groovy? They are worse.
Saw them recently, the music was alright. I think they have a lot of growing to do, so maybe in a few years we'll be toasting them, but I think right now its still time to roast them.
I have to agree that personal attacks are bad. I left there show with a bad taste in my mouth because I didn't enjoy the music, I have no idea what kind of people these guys are...don't care to. Guys, you are a pretty good bar band, but I think you need to be a little more original if you plan on doing this after college.
These recent reviews are bogus. Obviously, some person(s) in Lubbock that used to know Wade Bowen is/are incredibly bitter. YOU REALLY NEED TO GROW UP!!! If you think that since Wade Bowen and West 84 are actually making it you have to bitch, moan, and cry because you are stuck out in a dustbowl....you might want to reevaluate your use of time. This band is doing what they love to do, play music. Also, don't be doggin' Wade's voice because it just further proves your ignorance. Every single person that I have talked to (at different places on different occasions)has nothing but good things to say about the band and its members and their abilities. Wade and 84 are incredible people and good musicians. For those who haven't seen them, GO SOON! Rock on West 84!
Tell yall what. These folks in the band were nothing but nice as hell to me when i saw them play. I have also stoped and talked to them on the way to a show. I truely enjoyed the music they play and i especially like the originalty of the Texas Counrty Bands. GUNS UP!!

Lot of ruckus today on the reviews, but I think there is something to it. I saw them a couple times, didn't think twice about them. Just another band, just another 45min before somebody good took the stage.
