I think that West 84 has wonderful talent and extreme potential. Their CD is one of the best CD's that I have listened to in some time. Anyone who has not given them a chance is missing out on excellent music.

West 84 is what its all about. These guys put on one hell of a show. Once again Texas supplies the best of everything, including the music. Gotta hand it to the management, Chad and Eric have a great group of guys to work with..can't say I envy all the traveling, but always a damn good time to split a few pitchers with you. Ya'll need to line up a show in Galveston one of these days.

Only one question for Jed (if you don't mind), Which Band member are you related to? Bass, Drums, or Lead guitar????? I'm just curious, b/c when bands change their name and not the sound of their music (or members) it has no effect on you as the listener. The only thing I have known a name change to effect, is perhaps one's ego. So for the record and for those of us who love Wade Bowen & West 84 b/c of Wade's voice and West 84's sound please reveal your kinship! Otherwise, if a band changing their name for promotional reasons bothers you that bad, then find another band to enjoy! Thanks, TRUE Wade Bowen & West 84 fans

I had the privelage of seeing Wade play an accoustic show in Houston (along with Brandon Rhydon and Peter Dawson) at the Firehouse and it was awesome! I immediately bought the cd and it's just as good. Definitely a band with nowhere to go but up, and I can't wait for the new album. Brandon was great solo, so if you can catch him at an accoustic show, buy him a beer and enjoy the show. Heartfelt lyrics, and a Texas sound that makes sights like this exist.

I dont agree with Rob that they suck, but I think they fucked up by putting Wades name out in the front. Its very plain to see that the band is whats keeping Wade Bowen alive. Sorry man but Its true. The band should get five stars but for the name change Ill give them only 3

They had a SEXY Tamborine player that jumped up there when I saw them at Nephews. You boys shouldn't trade her for NOTHING!! That lead singer seemed to love her too, he's a kissin all over the girl. Get you some boy! You guys were great. I'll come again. Bring the girl, loved her ASS!

It is nice to hear a band that loves to play. These guys are great musicians and are extremely good guys. You can sit and have a coversation with any or all of them and enjoy it. It just goes to show that being a hit and playing good music doesn't make you an asshole. Wade and the guys put on a hell of a live show and have as much fun as you do!
