"Z-Ray" is the textbook example of a Mike McClure fan. He attacks someone simply because they have a different opinion . . . automatically, a person who thinks Mike's music blows is a person who is unqualified to reproduce or 'breath' air. I think "Z-Ray" meant 'breathe.' At the end of the day, McClure is at best a completely mediocre 'artist.' There's no need to wish the air out of someone's lungs just because you have a crappie taste in music.

Mike's songwritting skills are still great and the music is great. I will buy this album and go POKES!

He sucks. His album sucks. Is Panama a Van Halen song. Is Satisfaction a Stones song. Yeah okay. He blows.

Guess what. Mike wrote that song and can put it on every record he makes from now on if he feels like it. It's not a Great Divide song. It's a Mike McClure song, and that goes for just about almost every song that was ever on a Great Divide. Get over it. Why don't you get off your uncreative ass and write a song yourself instead of trying to criticize what other people put on their creative works. "Remain" is a great song, and I don't blame Mike for wanting to re-cut it the way he felt like it should sound.

So what you spent 21 bucks, big deal. I am sure that you had to get a second job to recover the big loss. For all the others that are so disturbed that remain is on the new cd guess what there are 10 other tracks on the new album to listen to. If you dont want to listen to remain all you have to do is push the next track button on your cd player and by god it goes to the next track. It is that easy.

Why the hell did he put remain on there, that was the last Great Divide album before he left the damn band. We've all heard that. Thats pretty weak.

I think that's why some don't like Mike's attitude..Because there are too many dumbass's out there that think "Moot Davis", and "The Hollisters" are good...LOL..get a fucking clue. McClure is hands down, the best songwriter on the scene today..Period. You can come back with some other kind of lame ass response..But we that know good music will just laugh..Good jam to Buddy Jewel...We won't miss you.

First off The great divide is nothing without Mike. Micah trys to sound like mike but he cant and he damn sure cant write like mike. The way I look at it is that mike has his own cover band they play all of the songs he wrote. I mean have you listened to the new great divide it sucks.

I agree Mike Mcclure is great, but I guess your one of thoes band waggon fair weather listeners that dont know crap about Mike mcclure.For your information Cross Canadian Ragweed's album's were produced by Mike. Go do your homework.

Everybody else sucks. Yes that includes CrossCanadianChumpchange. Mike is the red dirt master without there would be NO OTHER. Why can't everyone grow up and get a clue as to what real music is, Mike is the man.
