Texas Cannonball
Freddie King was a living Texas Legend, his music is just has powerfull today has it was when he was alive. I highly recommend Texas Cannonball, no wonder Eric Clapton marveled at Freddies' playing.

Phil Comes Alive
Pritchett sounds much better when captured live. 'Maria' is my fave; most of the songs are very good.

Album Review
I really get a kick out of the morons who post articles trashing Pat when they haven't even listened to the CD yet. Yeah, Pat's going to make some money now. He'll be known outside of the College Station-Dallas-San Antonio Triangle, so what? He's made it clear that he wants to spread the Movement to the rest of the country. I saw him at Stubb's a few weeks ago and he still rocked the place. This album is not as good as his other work, but its not bad either. Its just got to be toned down a little so the nitwits in Nasheville who think that australian guy is cool won't totally reject it at first listen. Eventually, Pat should get back to what made him famous: foot-stompin', sing-alongs like Songs about Texas, Here We Go, and George's Bar. But, to all of you whining about him signing a big contract, shut up and just listen to the music 'cause it's still Pat f@#$ing Green. Charlie Robison played Nashville and no one complained. I say more power to you Pat, and I'll always keep listen'

Gravitational Forces
Sometimes Sometimes the first song says it all, Sometimes we can't hear the desert changing, Somewhere the road has to end, deep into the yellow aspen, Sometimes change is good for the soul, Sometimes the wind blows in its own way Somewhere we would like it to be raining Somehow we forget to walk out of our ruts. Someone said time will tell us what we thought we knew Sometime music gets us driftng against the storms Sometimes perfect is the sound of those who influence us, making us weigh where we have come from. Somehow our friends forget who we really were, Some reasons are never known or understood Somehow forces take us where we never have been And sometimes we still miss someone.

Album Review
I think the album is great! More quality work by Pat and his awsome band. I would have to say that I like the old Southbound better, but this new one is still good.

Gravitational Forces
This is the worst CD that REK could and I hope will ever make. It sounds like he had smoked to much pot before he recorded it. A great singer like REK should never do a studio album. His greatest works are his live albums. I am sure he will make up for this mistake with his next CD.

Gravitational Forces
I absolutely love Robert Earl Keen. He is an awesome songwriter and a great performer. He can do it all. I know some people who are only used to hearing "Road Goes On Forever" don't care for REK's new album. But I have to say I was very impressed. He's come full circle on this one. He's finally learned to use that incredibly sexy voice of his. Every song just rolls along. He's smooth and clear. Yeah, not all of these songs are destined to be live hits but this ain't a live album. REK did an awesome job on this one. There isn't a single song on there that I don't like. I was also excited to get an autographed copy. That was a definite plus. Robert Earl will always be my favorite and this latest record is nonstop good music. What more do you people want from him?

Truckstop Diaries
Put this cd in and head west away from Nashville, from its opening song to its bitter end, it will leave you with that shot full of holes feeling. Not that Jason isn't witty and funny and romantic with his songs, its just that he captures our lives so well, as well as Guy Clark and Todd Hoke, but he puts it a different way.
